Who can get tattooed?

As long as you’re 18 years old, you’re good to go! In the state of Oregon, you must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. Unlike some other states, Oregon law does not allow for parental consent for minors; it is strictly prohibited to tattoo anyone under 18 in a professional studio setting.

Don’t forget your ID!
You must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID to your appointment. This includes:

• State-issued Driver’s License or ID Card

My work focuses on minimalist and dainty designs, with a deep love for the natural world—specifically botanical florals and detailed fauna. I also frequently work on Christian-inspired pieces, ranging from delicate biblical pieces to intricate script.

While I primarily create custom pieces, I also host exclusive tiny flash sale promo spreads. These are curated collections of pre-drawn, miniature designs offered at a set rate during special studio events.

How do you ensure the studio is safe and clean?
Your health is my absolute priority. I operate a fully licensed and insured private studio that strictly adheres to (and exceeds) all state health department regulations. I use 100% single-use, disposable needles and supplies for every client, ensuring there is zero risk of cross-contamination. Between every appointment, the entire station—including the luxury seating and all surfaces—is disinfected using hospital-grade, medical-level cleaners.

Why is a private studio safer than a traditional shop?
Because Luxe Bloom Studios is appointment-only, the studio has significantly less foot traffic than a high-volume street shop. This controlled environment allows me to maintain a sterile, boutique atmospherewhere I can focus entirely on one client at a time. This privacy not only provides peace of mind but also ensures a much higher standard of cleanliness and individualized care for your skin.

While you are welcome to bring a companion, please be aware that they will likely need to wait in our entry seating area rather than at the station. Space is very limited.
